      Product returns and service

    You can return products you bought from our company in the following cases

    • In case of manufacturing error from the first days of use of the product (DOA - Dead on arrival) for consumer products only if the product is covered by DOA policy by its manufacturer and the respective conditions are met, you can return it to DIVITEC, in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase document, within 5 working days from the date of purchase. The service of our company in turn checks it, in order to detect the malfunction described by the consumer. Upon receipt of DOA confirmation from the service, our company immediately replaces the product (or credits it, in case it is no longer available). Shipping costs are borne by our company.
    • Return of a defective product covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty for repair. In this case you can send the product to our headquarters for technical inspection and repair. Shipping costs to our company if you do not bring it to our offices are borne by the customer and the return to the customer is borne by our company. As long as the problem is covered by the warranty and the usual damage has not occurred through the fault of the customer, there is no service charge to the customer.
    • Return of a defective product that is not covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty for repair. In this case you can send the product to our headquarters for technical inspection and repair. Shipping costs to our company if you do not bring it to our offices, but also the return to the customer are borne by the customer. In this case the customer is informed about the cost of the repair and if he agrees there is the corresponding service charge to the customer. If the customer does not agree to the repair, there is a minimum technical inspection fee.
    • Product other than the one you ordered - Wrong order execution by DIVITEC. In this case our company will make sure to cover you as soon as possible with the right kind. In case this is not available, the amount you paid will be credited immediately. The additional transport costs in this case are borne exclusively by DIVITEC.
    • Damaged product upon delivery. Upon receipt of the products you must make a thorough check for the correct quantity, type of product and physical condition of the products. If there is any difference from your order or they have defects in the packaging or are stamped, mention the incident in writing on the receipt given to you for signature by the driver of the truck or the courier. In case you sign the receipt without comments, then it is not possible accepted by VEINOGLOU or DIVITEC the responsibility of any problem is reported a posteriori upon receipt.
